1. Guests are welcome to move into the apartment from 2 pm.
2. Upon your arrival, please report to the owner and leave him your passport or id for registration.
3. Please take care of the rented apartment during your stay. You are to leave the apartment in the same condition as it was upon your arrival.
4. You are to report any damage to the owner. If you caused the damage intentionally, you will have compensate the loss to the owner.
5. Extra beds are charged for.
6. The owner will perform an inventory check in the apartment immediately after your arrival and before your departure. The inventory list is stored by the owner.
7. No laud noise is allowed from 11 pm to 6 am.
8. Please leave the apartment by 10:00 on your departure day
9. Guests can submit a written complaint on the premises via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply to the written complaint within 15 days of receipt of the complaint.
